There's really nothing to complain about here. the whole place is modern and well-appointed. the location is fantastic, with stunning views of the lake and the city center right nearby. Plus, the service is friendly and welcoming.

The meet and greet, great motel facilities, cleanliness everywhere. Access to lake, walking track, and local cafes. Roomy King room with great facilities, quietness, and comfortable bed. Huge bathroom. Friendly and helpful hosts. Delicious breakfast delivered to the room. Enjoyable stay.

Had a great Easter weekend at this comfy hotel. the breakfast was amazing, with fresh and warm croissants that melt in your mouth, and the staff was always friendly and kind. the location couldn't be better, right across a beautiful lake, with plenty of restaurants and bistros within walking distance. Loved the spa, the free laundry facilities, and the parking right at our door was so convenient.

And we had to deal with second-hand smoke from our smoking neighbours at times.

Stayed here over Easter. Two good things: Wifi and TV were excellent. The location was quite central for accessing the nearby park and lake. There was also a nice little pool area.

The price was higher compared to other places, and our room was missing some essentials like enough lighting. The room was really dim and difficult to move around in, leading to some mishaps.

Our stay at Tea House Motor Inn was fantastic! The location was perfect, right across from the beautiful lake. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, giving us a great night's sleep. We also loved the breakfast, it was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Great location near the lake, clean rooms, friendly staff, and affordable mini-bar prices. Plenty of parking and hotel facilities including a pool and BBQ area.

Nothing everything was great.

The location is great for exploring the city, being close to the city centre and beautiful lake. the rooms are comfortable and the spa bath is a nice touch. the pool and BBQ area are fantastic for families with young kids. it is worth noting that the hotel is located near a train line which is a little noisy at times.

The noise level from neighboring guests smoking outside our window was disruptive and frustrating. It would have been helpful if signs were posted to indicate that the area is non-smoking.
